DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES
We aim to ship all orders by the next working day.
We will make every effort to fulfill your order, provided the goods are in stock. However, at some busy peak times like Christmas and during special promotions we may take slightly longer to deliver due to higher demand. You will be informed by email if this is the case.
Orders are sent out via DHL. DHL is a tracked service, and delivery time is subject to the delivery schedules of DHL's service.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, if they are in original and resalable condition.
The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Please use a trackable shipping mode to send the return to us.
We will not be held responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Once the returned item has been deemed eligible, the refund will be processed and a $20 gift voucher will be provided to offset the shipping charges incurred.
All MBT shoes purchased from mbt.com/global come with a 6 month warranty. (Not covered against wear and tear from constant use).
If considered valid, a replacement pair will be arranged.
