Shipping & Return Policy

DELIVERY METHOD AND CHARGES

Once the order is placed, we will be ship out your order from Singapore via International courier within 2 to 3 working days.

For orders below US$150, there will be shipping charge applied depending on destination country. The amount paid at checkout is fully inclusive of all shipping charges.

Please take note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may be applicable depending on the laws and regulations specific to your final shipping destination. These charges will be paid on receiver's end .

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with the item received, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receipt if items are in new condition, with original tag and packaging.

Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or refund, excluding the original postage and packaging costs. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that appear worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. Additionally, we require the returned item to include its original packaging, specifically the shoe box. Failure to return the shoe with its box may result in us being unable to process the refund or exchange.

Please state your request and provide the relevant Order ID and reason for return.

Sending the returns

Please use a trackable shipping mode to send the return to us.
We will not be held responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Once the returned item has been deemed eligible, the refund will be processed within 2 working weeks.

Warranty

All MBT shoes purchased from mbt.com/global come with a 6 month warranty. (Not covered against wear and tear from constant use).

If considered valid, a replacement pair will be arranged.
