We cannot split payments between payment mode & cards.

Can i change my mind after placing my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email to cs.global@mbt.com as soon as possible.
Indicating your order ID and your request for the cancellation.


If the order has not been processed or shipped out, we will be able to process the cancellation.
Else, you will have to wait for the order shipment and then proceed with a return request.

All our Ecommerce sales come with a 14 days returns subject that the product
is unused, with original tags and box.

When a return is required, you will have to create and pay for the shipping.
However, we will give you a USD$30 voucher to offset your cost should your
return is authenticated.

Please always contact the customer service before sending any returns back.

Can i do an exhange?

We do not have an exchange policy

Please initiate a return of your purchase and then
make a separate new purchase online

How can i be sure that my order went through?

Once an order has been placed and payment has gone through successfully.
You should be redirected back to a "Sales Confirmation" page
and received our "Sales Confirmation" email.

If you are sure that payment has been deducted and did not get any of the above notice.
Please send an email to cs.global@mbt.com with your
estimated time of purchase, Product information and Amount.

Our customer support officers will investigate and get back to you asap.

Shipping and Tracking

Where can i ship to?

All the shoes sold in mbt.com/global.com can be shipped to any part of APAC regions
If you are unable to key in the address, please feel free to contact cs.global@mbt.com
for clarifications.

When making any online purchases, it is important that your shipping address, contact and email are accurate.

Please also take note that shoes purchased from mbt.com/global can only be fulfilled by mbt.com/global. Hence any after sales service or returns can only be managed
by mbt.com/global.

What is the shipping cost?

Orders under USD$80 will incur a USD$20.00 delivery fees.
Delivery is free for orders over S$80.00

Standard Delivery Time is 4 to 10 workings days

How do i track my order?

Once the order has been shipped out.
You will receive an email with the tracking details.

You can also login into your account at mbt.com/global to track your order

What is the processing & Shipping timeline?

Once we received your order, it will be processed by the next working day.

Based on the standard shipping rate:


The shipper will then collect it on the 2nd working day
and you should receive the item within the 3rd to 10th working day
(Timing depends on why the item is to be shipped to)

Returns & Exchange

When will my order be refunded?

Once we have received your item.
We will inspect and process it immediately.

Once the refund has been processed, we will send an email to inform you.
The refund will be made back to the same payment mode that you have used to pay us.

Please take note that it may take a few days for your account to reflect the refund amount.

Please take note that we will not be responsible if your credit card imposed any fees on you.
We will process refund amount based on the exact amount that was paid to us for the purchase

What do i do with a faulty product?

If you received a product that is faulty.

Please do not use it and initiate a return immediately.
Our product will come with a 6 months manufacturing warranty too.

stating the issue, order id, product information.

Our customer support service will get back to you asap.

When a return is required to ship the faulty item back to us, you will have to create and pay for the shipping.

I bought something from another retail store. Can i exchange it online?

At this moment, all retail and online sales are not linked.

Hence if you buy from a retail store, you will have to do the arrangements with the same store

At this moment, all retail and online sales are not linked.

Hence if you buy online, you will have to do the returns process by sending an email to cs.global@mbt.com with your order ID and your request to initiate a return process.

Only sales that are originated from mbt.com group of webstores are authentic from MBT shoes.

How do i make an online return?

Our online sales come with a 14 days return policy
and that your items meet the following conditions

Proof of purchase (we should have your sales records)
Original tags and box is intact
Item has not been used, washed or left in sun.

If your item meets the above conditions, please send an email to cs.global@mbt.com
with your return request. Please include your order ID and product information.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email from us informing you of the next steps.

Once the item has arrived, we will inspect the items and process with the refund if they meet the conditions.

Refund will be made via the same payment mode that was paid to us for the purchase.
